Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour (where to find coconut flour)
- Pinch of Salt


How To Make:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs until smooth.

2. Whisk in the cream, coconut flour and salt to form a smooth waffle batter.

3. Allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes to thicken, adding more cream if the mixture is too thick.

4. Cook according to your waffle maker instructions.
