Banana Salted Caramel Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Salted Caramel Smoothie powder
  • 1 pitted medjool date
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. 300 calories per serve.
