Ham & Eggs in a Muffin Tin Easy Recipe






A quick and easy breakfast for a low carb lifestyle!

Ingredients:

  • Butter, to grease muffin tin
  • Deli ham, sliced
  • Eggs
  • Cheese, shredded



Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Grease muffin tins with butter.
  3. Line each muffin tin with a slice of ham.
  4. Add one egg to centre of each piece of ham.
  5. Place in the oven for about 7 minutes. Then remove and top with shredded cheese and put back in the oven for an additional 7 minutes.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
