Vanilla Chai Protein Shake With Collagen Recipe


  • 3/4 cups Brewed Chai Tea
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (Full Fat and Unsweetened)
  • Splash of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Scoop Perfect Keto Vanilla Collagen
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 packet of Stevia or your favorite keto approved sweetener
  • Spice it up with a pinch of cardamom, cinnamon, clove or ginger.  This will just add an even spicier flavor to your chai.

Add all your ingredients to a shaker cup and shake your contents until everything is combined and smooth.
