Instant Pot Olive Garden Chicken Recipe
  • 3 pounds boneless skinless Chicken Thighs (thawed)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 16 ounces Olive Garden Italian Dressing (2 cups)
  1. Pour 1 cup Olive Garden Dressing into bottom of Instant Pot.
  2. Add Chicken Thighs to Instant Pot.
  3. In medium mixing bowl, stir together remaining 1 cup Olive Garden Dressing and Grated Parmesan Cheese, until well combined.
  4. Pour Dressing/Cheese mixture over chicken.
  5. Select “Meat/Stew” setting, select “High Pressure,” and change cooking time to 15 minutes.
  6. Preheat will start 10 seconds after settings are selected.
  7. Once Chicken Thighs are done, Quick Release pressure before removing lid.
  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes with lid off. Shred chicken with 2 forks or serve as whole thighs!
