KETO CABBAGE RICE WITH INDIAN SPICES RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage riced
  • 2 tablespooons ghee or butter
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • salt & ground black pepper to taste (omit pepper for AIP)

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in skillet until melted and hot. Stir in turmeric, curry, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper.
  2. Add riced cabbage and stir until it's well coated with the ghee mixture. Place lid on top and allow to simmer on medium for ten minutes.
  3. Cabbage should be nice and tender. If not continue cooking a little longer.
